Joseph will contact you as soon as possible to set up a time for your counselling session.

Please note that Joseph's office is typically closed on Sunday and Monday of each week. Messages received on either of these days will be returned the following Tuesday.

Joseph's usual fee for counselling services is: 50-minute session $160.00 CAD.

For individuals in financial hardship, Joseph offers a sliding scale. Please mention your circumstance at the time of booking if you require a reduced rate.

If you are looking for clinical supervision, please contact Joseph to make an appointment and find out about a special rate for students. Joseph is an approved clinical supervisor with the CPCA and ACCT.

Joseph accepts e-transfer, cash, and all major credit cards. 

You may cancel your session provided you've given a minimum 24-hour notice.

If you miss your counselling session without notice, you will be charged a full fee for the missed session.

If you have prepaid and are cancelling within the required time-frame of 24 hours, refund will be given. Alternatively, the payment can be used for your next counselling session, arrangements for which need to be made within a week of the cancelled session.

There are no refunds for pre-paid sessions cancelled less than 24 hours prior to start time.
